 Wood Pellets is mainly made of any wood waste and biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, straw, rice husk, coffee husk etc. The raw material is renewable and sustainable. They are available locally, so the cost is affordable and predictable.

 Pellet mill reduces the size of the raw material particles size into smaller sizes and then the smaller sizes will be compressed to form larger particles that are referred to as pellets, however, other mills may only make the raw material into powder or reduce the size.

Directly before pellet press, a product with a granular size of approx 4 mm and a residual moisture content of approx 15 % is required.
